Definitions you won’t find in the dictionary:
Paleohardcore: An extreme sect of the Paleo Diet followers who munch on foods that our ancestors may have eaten such as insects, lizard, what they forage from the park, and the like. They promote adventure and provide entertainment for others as they boast of how they “ate grass from the the nearby road median,” so “there will be no environmental impact.” (Please read with implied sarcasm).
i.e.: That cricket protein shake is so paleohardcore.
Paleo-ish: A person who follows a paleolithic nutrition plan or eats a paleo/primal diet. Characterized by eating fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats and rejecting gluten, grains, legumes, dairy, starchy vegetables, excessive carbohydrates and processed foods. An occasional brown rice bowl does not require self-punishment.
ie: Barb the vegetarian never eats bacon, but Brig eats paleo-ish and he occasionally does.
