If you are not satisfied with a product directly purchased from Self-made online or by phone, you may return product within (30) days of purchase. First, review the Return & Refund policy below to verify that the following conditions are met. Then follow instructions to return the item
Self-made Supplements: In order to be considered for reimbursement, all supplements must be unopened and in original packaging.
Self-made Apparel: All apparel must be returned in the original packaging, including all tags labels and/or tags attached. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and without any apparent wear, tear, or smell.
Self-made Accessories: All accessories must be returned in original condition including all applicable tags; labels attached, and must be in original packaging in order to be considered for reimbursement.
All returned items must be received by Self-made within 30 days of your date of purchase, and have a printed copy of the invoice receipt inside the package. All refunds will be made only to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Returns will not be processed without a copy of the original invoice receipt. Do NOT ship packages back with “return to sender.” Please note that we do not have the ability to track your return and will not be responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise during the return process. Please refer to your carrier of choice for their tracking services. Buyer does pay for return shipping so feel free to use the carrier of your choice
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Please place the merchandise to be returned in the original box in which it was received. Include the original packing slip/invoice receipt to ensure accurate item processing for the return. Please write “RETURN” on the top of the packing slip and specify the items that are being returned.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED, THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT USED IN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE WILL BE CREDITED FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN, LESS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE, SHIPPING AND HANDLING, AND APPLICABLE TAXES.
